Still easing in ...
Back at the gym this morning. Weighed in at 310.0 ... Gulp. Dropped down to lighter weights so I could "live to lift another day" (a.k.a. lift more than once this week).
Bench / 3x10 / 115
Shoulder Press / 3x10 / 30Curls / 3x12 / 40Lat pull downs / 3x10 / 90Forearm pushdowns (forgot the correct name) / 3x12 30Tricep extensions / 3x10 / 85Walk at 3.5 MPH / 30 minutes
